Ordering Process

  • Bulk Order

    Order bulk apparel with standard volume-based price breaks. Best for large one-time purchases or where specific sizing needs are already known. Contact us to recieve a free quote.

  • RugbyDrop Collection

    Contact us to start a team collection and allow your players or fans to place their orders directly. These collections are eligible for team margin, paid out after the order window has closed.

  • Team Store

    Set up a custom branded team store on a standalone website or as a subdomain to your current site. Collect apparel orders, dues and donations through a single storefront.

Team Store Pricing Process

  • Part 1: Blank Products

    Blank products can range from less than $5 a unit to $20-30 for name brand products. Volume based price breaks are automatically applied to allow larger programs to access more competitive wholesale rates.

  • Part 2: Product Decoration

    Decoration costs are dependent on the final design. More complex, large designs often come with bigger price tags so it is important to align on the final technical specifications before the order is approved.

  • Part 3: Club Margin

    The final product cost visible to your fans and players can be set to include a standard markup. That markup can be paid directly to your team as a rebate or used as credit towards a future bulk order.
